Common emergencies
1. Fire emergency

Steps to follow:
Prepare in advance: use the smart Pet ID system to receive information on how to prepare for natural disasters, including emergency kits for you and your pet.
Follow alerts: monitor alerts and instructions through the smart Pet ID system.
Take shelter: follow the emergency protocols specific to the disaster (e.g., take cover during an earthquake, move to higher ground during a flood).
Secure your pet: keep your pet close and secure, using a leash or carrier.
Communicate needs: if you need assistance, use the smart Pet ID system to communicate with your community manager

3. Medical emergencies involving animals
